We would rather be blunt about this than let you build a workflow on something that is about to be taken away. ScheduleMeeting is a paid product. An unpaid account exists so you can see it working with your own calendar before you commit budget, and it is deliberately limited.
It is a demonstration, not a tier. It is not suitable for running your company's scheduling, and we do not pretend otherwise.

ScheduleMeeting is sold on three paid plans. Starter is $49 per month or $294 per year; Team is $99 per month or $594 per year; Business is $199 per month or $1194 per year. Yearly billing is 50% cheaper than paying monthly. All prices are in US dollars and every plan includes unlimited bookings. There is no free plan.
No. Unpaid accounts get a demo with a small monthly booking allowance, a single meeting type and a ScheduleMeeting mark on the booking page. Running real scheduling for your company requires a paid plan.
Yearly plans are charged once for twelve months at half the monthly rate, which is the 50% saving shown on the pricing table. Monthly plans are charged every month and can be cancelled at any time.
A seat is one member of your organisation who can own meeting types and host bookings. Every plan includes its seats in the price, so adding a colleague inside your plan\u{2019}s limit costs nothing extra.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Team and Business at any time from the billing screen, and switch between monthly and yearly billing. Changes are prorated by Stripe.
By card, through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe\u{2019}s own hosted page and are never stored by ScheduleMeeting. Invoices are available from the billing screen.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the organisation drops back to demo limits. Your data is not deleted when a subscription ends.
No. All paid plans include unlimited bookings. Price depends only on the tier and the number of seats it includes.
